Valid passport – less than 10 years old, and valid for at least 3 months after your return
Two passport photographs – 35x45 mm, clear, light background, neutral look
Previous visas – copies of any past Schengen or international visas
Cover letter – explaining your purpose of travel and stay plans
Flight itinerary – reservation showing entry and exit dates
Hotel bookings – proof of accommodation for the full stay
Proof of civil status – marriage certificate, birth certificates, etc.

120€ per day without prepaid accommodation

32.25€ per day for low-cost accommodation

Travel insurance – covering at least €30,000 for emergency medical care in Schengen countries

Additional Requirements by Occupation

If employed:
• Employment letter
• 6-month bank statement
• Employer leave approval
• Income Tax documents

If self-employed:
• Business registration documents
• Company bank statements (6 months)
• Income Tax documents

If a student:
• Admission/enrollment proof
• No-objection letter from school

If retired:
• Pension statements (6 months)

Applicants must present fingerprints and a recent passport-style photo at the visa center. This is recorded once every 5 years.
